Taylor and Tyler are a picture perfect couple. They are sweet and laid back and also very easy on the eyes (and the camera!) We met up in San Marco on a rainy Sunday and took advantage of the brief moments that the sun peeked out through the clouds.
I’ve been using Portra 800 for gloomy days like this and I love how this film stock provides a little extra needed “pop” and what it does with blues and greens. Taylor has gorgeous eyes to begin with and I love how the Portra brought out the aquas in them. Beautiful film stock and a beautiful couple... you can’t go wrong!Read More
A few weeks ago, I was honored when Adair Currie of Dairing Events asked me to speak to some awesome brides to be at one of her wedding planning workshops, Brides of the Round Table. I created a guide with some tips and advice that I think will be really helpful for brides to be. I've gotten a lot of positive feedback on it, so I decided to post in on the Journal and I hope it can help answer some questions. I'm always happy to answer more so please feel free to email me at Lisa@LisaSilvaPhoto.com with any and all questions!Read More
I met up with my beautiful friend, Brandi, the day before her due date for some very last minute maternity photos. I'm really into the fine art maternity look and I was so excited that Brandi let me do my thing!
We captured some gorgeous double and triple exposures that I'm absolutely in love with. A few days after this shoot, Brandi had her baby boy and I can't wait to meet little Benjamin soon!Read More
Greg and Shannon are a picture perfect couple and I had a blast with them capturing some beautiful sunrise engagement images at Vilano Beach. I can't wait for their wedding at The Ponte Vedra Inn and Club in just a few months!Read More

Thank you for taking the time to stop by my new website! My photography business has grown a lot over the years and I wanted to start fresh with a new journal. As I've grown in my craft, I have found myself really drawn to film and fine art photography and my style has evolved to reflect that.
I am still keeping my old Blog active, and you can visit here: www.LisaSilvaBlog.com
